What does "Brand new" mean?
Never played. The seller has declared it unused, with the original protective film or packaging still on, and the photos show it. Bought from a private seller, so a shop's returns and warranty terms don't automatically apply.
Any crack, any repair (even a professional one) and any deep chip is flagged for closer review before the racket can be listed, however good the other answers are.
Take2Padel doesn't physically handle the racket, since it's posted straight from the seller to you, so the grade is an informed description based on the seller's answers and photos, not an independent physical inspection.
