Take2PadelReturns & buyer protection
Every racket on Take2Padel is checked before it goes live, and your payment is protected until you’ve had a chance to confirm the racket arrived as described.
Before a racket is listed
- Every submission is reviewed by Take2Padel, not published automatically.
- We compare the seller’s photos against their description before approving a listing.
- The condition grade shown on each listing (Like new, Excellent, Good, Fair) is set by Take2Padel after reviewing the photos — it is an informed, advisory grade, not an automated or independently certified inspection.
How your payment is protected
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout — Take2Padel never sees or stores your card details.
- The seller isn’t paid immediately. Funds are held until you confirm the racket has arrived, or until a set review period has passed after delivery, whichever comes first.
- If you report a problem with your order before the review period ends, the seller’s payout is automatically put on hold while we look into it.
If something’s wrong with your order
Contact us as soon as possible if a racket doesn’t match its listing, arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all. Tell us your order reference and what’s wrong, and we’ll review it against the listing photos and delivery tracking. Refunds and disputes are processed back through Stripe to your original payment method.
This page describes how Take2Padel’s payment protection currently works. It doesn’t yet set out your full statutory rights as a consumer (for example under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), which depend on the specifics of each sale. We’d recommend having this reviewed by a solicitor before relying on it as your formal returns policy.
